ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Garvin Reiter has specialized in elder law for over 25 years. His expertise encompasses public assistance benefits planning, special needs planning, guardianship, conservatorship, trust administration, and probate and estate planning, with an emphasis on legal issues faced by the elderly and individuals with disabilities. He has been designated a “Certified Elder Law Attorney” by the National Elder Law Foundation, which requires a demonstration of expertise in these areas of the law, as established by peer recognition and a full-day certification exam.
