Strategic Planning Survey & Community Sessions
This year ALS Northwest will finalize a strategic plan to guide our work for the next five years. Take the survey or join a virtual community session to provide your input, and learn more about the strategic planning process below.

Our strategic plan will strengthen our impact, sharpen our vision, and connect us more deeply as we seek a cure and support people with ALS live life to the fullest.

Your voice is essential
As we chart the next five years, we want to take this journey with you. By answering a few short questions, you’ll help shape our strategic plan and guide how we serve, support, and build community for people living with ALS—now and into the future. With your input, our strategic plan can reflect the full picture of our work. Your voice truly matters.
How:
Less than 10 minutes
You can complete the survey, but there are also many other ways to share your input. Many of you will be invited by someone you know at ALS Northwest to share your insight in the way that works best for you—whether in a one-on-one conversation, a virtual community session, or with support in completing the online survey. We want it to be easy for you to share your input!

Plus - join us at a virtual strategic planning community session!
These sessions allow you to provide your input in a virtual community setting. You'll be able to answer questions verbally, in the Zoom chat function, or be guided through the online survey.
You only need to attend one session, but they are offered at two different days and times to accommodate schedules:
