Duration of Consent: This release shall remain valid indefinitely unless otherwise revoked by me in writing. 6. Revocation of Consent: I understand that I may revoke this consent at any time by providing written notice to ALS Northwest. However, any materials already produced or distributed prior to the revocation shall remain in circulation. I agree to the video/photo release terms.
